Shipping.
pAckDHD uses third-party marketplaces for much of its live selling. Where a purchase is made on a marketplace, that platform's shipping terms and order tracking apply.
Direct website orders
When direct website products are available, the applicable delivery options, charges and destination restrictions are shown before payment. We do not hide shipping charges after an order is placed.
Dispatch
In-stock direct orders are prepared as promptly as reasonably possible. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Packaging
Trading cards and sealed products are packed with protection appropriate to their size and value. Marketplace orders are also subject to the marketplace's packaging and fulfilment rules.
Marketplace orders
Orders completed through Whatnot or another third-party platform are handled through that platform's shipping, tracking and buyer-protection process.
