Marketplace purchases

If you purchased through Whatnot or another marketplace, use that platform's order and buyer-protection process first. Platform-specific rules may apply to live sales and break purchases.

Direct website purchases

For an eligible direct website purchase, contact us promptly at hello@packdhd.uk. Where the statutory cancellation right applies, you may normally cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and then return them in accordance with UK consumer rules.

Collectible condition

Please handle sealed products carefully. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning and that handling has reduced their value.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If a direct order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs where useful. We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights.
